- We ship domestically and internationally, with estimated delivery times as follows:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination
- You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your balm’s journey.
Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Free shipping on domestic orders over $50!
Eco-Friendly Packaging
- We believe in sustainability. Your order will arrive in biodegradable or recyclable packaging—because we love the planet as much as we love bees!
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to help replace or refund your order.
Returns & Refunds
